200lbhockeyplayer said:To my knowledge, the OP has the customs up on eBay simply to "show them off." It should be fairly obvious considering the huge BIN he set on the Williams. Of course, if he gets a huge offer, he might take it, but it's hardly a simple flip for an extra couple hundred.
As far as the typos go, that's clearly a proofing problem and I don't know where that blame should be directed. I know for the customs that I do, I go through a few rounds of proofing both the front and back...myself, the card owner and a third party.
200lbhockeyplayer is correct....just as his Ichiro is up on ebay too. I turned down an offer on the ichiro even at a $400 profit. When i was offered a $500 profit, I accepted, only the guy was from Japan and he didn't realize that it was a custom cut and asked if I would let him out of it, which I did.
I have already sent a dozen people to this board that inquired about freedom from the auction.
As to the proofreading, I will take credit for that...I was so picky on the front, changing it several times, that I told him to just do the back any way he wanted, and that I didn't even want to see it...duh, me...
As to the other remark....OF COURSE I AM AN ATTENTION *****! Being the baby of 6 kids, I am used to it...so get over it... ::facepalm::
