Edit -- this might have seemed like I'm defending McDowell's use of the slurs. I am not. What I intended to get across (but likely failed) was that he should not have responded to the heckling at all.
Like OMG, Fans pay players salaries and the players are obligated to sign a 100 autos per fan and take their abuse. Didnt you get that memo?
