IMO, Vitters is at least 2 years away from even sniffing the bigs (if he even makes it). He didn't really excel in High A which ain't a good sign.

Just looked and realized he is still only 20 yrs old. Didn't remember he got drafted at 17.

He isn't on the list because he isn't really a legitimate prospect. He tops out as a 4th or 5th OF.
