From a Twins fan perspective: 1) Nice to see Ramos finally getting some attention; 2) A little surprised to see Hicks 20 spots ahead of Revere. I don't have a problem with Hicks being ranked higher due to the fact he actually has some power, but 20 spots over the guy who had the highest average in the minor leagues last year and is a similar style player? Seems disproportionate to me.

Craig

Plus, Hicks stat they give was he threw 97 in HS, ok but he is an OF lol.

Ok, here are my first impressions.

1) No surprise Wieters would edge out Price. List your EEE's if you got any. If not, go for Razor's and USA's.

2) Who knew that a shortened 2008 season, plus mediocre numbers led to a #3 overall ranking? I like Razzy very much, but I cannot figure out what made him jump since last year. Was it the added muscle? He struggled with the Mendoza line through the first couple of months, too.

3) Brett Anderson ranking as high as he did was a bit surprising. Great arsenal, but lacking in athleticism.

4) Crapshoot between Hanson and Heyward - no surprise they came one after the other.

5) Bumgarner deserved better. He's a Top 5 guy for me easily.

6) I think Tillman should have been in the teens, but that's just me.

7) Tim Beckham, in retrospect, was ranked well here. There are those who think he should be in the teens, but he's a long way away from the show.

8) Parker and Holland should have been a bit higher.

9) Looks as though Cutch's stock fell in a few people's eyes. He had a better season than Colby, too. Didn't help.

10) I think Hicks would be in my 21-30 range. Quiet talent.

11) Nice to see Blanks make the Top 50 (barely).

12) Vitters at # 51 will piss off a few people here, I bet.

13) Walden would've been in my 41-50 range.

14) Max Ramirez was TX's # 10 overall prospect in the Handbook, yet he made the list, above Beltre (#7), Main (#8) and Borbon (#9). Weird.

inoa way too low

Not really. Him being on the list is a accomplishment. Now in two or three years maybe.

If there is one person who should be higher or could move up a lot this season is Brett Lawrie.

Also happy to see Gerardo Parra break the list in the 80s as I have about 180 of this card.

Just a few thoughts.

Rasmus ranking is a friggin joke!!

Dominguez should be listed a bit better.

Holland should have been better.

I think Ike Davis should have been in the 80-100.

I hate how BA cares about ceiling more then actuall production.

Did I read it to fast and totally miss Engel Beltre or did they?

Inoa ranked that well without ever throwing a pitch?

More complaints to come.

Callis said that Beltre literally was # 101.

Yeah, and spell Dexter FOWLER right, dammit.

I just glanced over the list; I have nothing of substance to contribute right now.

Oh good looking out JP, did they say anything about ike ?

Michael Boweden should be higher as well, and really shocked Alderson was so low.

Not to my knowledge. Ask him in the chat. Starts in about an hour. See the link on the previous page.
