There are quite a few, what I would consider, notable omissions to this list, that I can see.

1) Miguel Sano
2) Trevor May
3) Drew Hutchison
4) David Holmberg
5) Tim Wheeler
6) Michael Choice
7) Brandon Belt
8) Lonnie Chisenhall
9) Neil Ramirez
10) Jake Marisnick

and most of all, 11) Gary Sanchez.

As far as Belt + Chisenhall your reading comprehension = fail.

Prospects have to have not used up their rookie eligibility or currently be in the big leagues to be eligible. Also, 2011 draftees are not yet eligible.

Belt isn't in the bigs = epicfail.

Belt is on a rehab assignment and is still technically on the big league roster = UBERFAIL

At least Webster cracaked the top 50 :)

Nice to see Pomeranz at 14. He has been nothing short of spectacular this year.

It's nice to see Tijuanan made the list, the Mariners in four years, if they can keep Felix and Pineda, are going to have the best pitching staff in the major leagues
The Braves think otherwise ;)

Pretty good list...now for the bad... how Aaron Hicks is #24 is beyond me. He's avg at best in all tools except pitch recognition. I just don't see him being an impact/above average player. Biggest omission is Yonder Alonso. No idea what he's done to fall off the list!!

Throwing arm and speed are both plus or plus-plus.

Nick Castellanos has been hitting really well. Can't say I'm not surprised he didn't make this list, but he's going to be a stud.

It's amazing to me how cheap Martin Perez is given his ranking on these lists - [phil:2b1jomed]110709470703[/phil:2b1jomed]

I truly believe that part of the issue is How BAD some of his autographs are. I was bidding on two blue refractor autographs about 10 days ago, the strong autograph got $70, the other got $45....

Surprized that Miller isnt top 5.
Also surprized that Sanchez isnt even on the list, along with Sano.

As a Rangers fan I love it. We should have 6 in the top 100 next year and several just on the cusp. Jon Daniels reloaded this system fast. 8-)

I agree.

Also, at some point there has to be results, otherwise he will continue to be undervalued. I also don't think people understand how young the guy is, and how he was rushed to AA, etc. But, I just think at some point the performance has to start to match the hype, consistently.

I'm invested, so I'm hoping he can put it all together.

5) Tim Wheeler

I agree with you here. It seems Callis is anti-Wheeler for some reason. I know that college=evil in his opinion, unless you are Strasburg.
