Taillon not making the list is absurd. He is 2-0 with 11 scoreless innings in his 2 minor AA league starts.

The last Phillies prospect I felt strongly enough to buy into was Singleton...right before he got traded. I've only picked up a few cards here and there since then. Our system has not been very exciting though I wish I would have gotten on the Cloyd bandwagon.
