You need to stream the games from wifi if you want to actually see whats going on though. Have you ever watched the MLB highlights from their att network? Its terrible.
mburgin said:yes, its true. i just updated my iphone to the new 3.0 software and it in turn updated the MLB at Bat application. i am currently watching the White Sox -vs Cubs game. it says it also has DVR option for playback as well. pretty cool if you ask me.

Is it possible for the Ipod Touch to upgrade to this software? I want to buy the app, but I want to make sure my Ipod will be able to use it.

yes but crappy apple is charging 9.99 to get the 3.0 software from them. if you can get a couple people together and go in on it it might make it a little cheaper though. you can always send it to everyone on a CD or something.
