yea, I heard it will stream around 2 games a night.
You need to stream the games from wifi if you want to actually see whats going on though. Have you ever watched the MLB highlights from their att network? Its terrible.

Is it possible for the Ipod Touch to upgrade to this software? I want to buy the app, but I want to make sure my Ipod will be able to use it.

yes but crappy apple is charging 9.99 to get the 3.0 software from them. if you can get a couple people together and go in on it it might make it a little cheaper though. you can always send it to everyone on a CD or something.

Eh for $20 bucks to watch games live for the rest of the year doesn't seem too bad. I follow the boxscores on my Ipod every night anyway for fantasy baseball, so this would be cool to have.
