congrats lakers. They hit the shots when they counted and the Celts didn't. Ray Allen lost 2 games this series, further proving he is not a big game player.

The Celtics still have yet to win a championship without Larry Bird. They only won in 2008 because Andrew Bynum was injured. Yeah, I'm beginning to see things like Miggy.

Well that was ****. Phil was right, the green men certainly know how to choke a game away. The fouls were a bit lopsided but the Celts had AMPLE oppurtunity. Giving up like 14 offensive rebounds to the lakers in the first half tells the story of this game.

I am not whining over nothing. I will look over the game, but there was a TON of cheating going on.
Off the top of my head
In the first half, when Garnett was called for that moving screen. Are you joking! Not even close to one! Even Van Gundy agreed, and he hates the Celtics! It was simply Stern and his bags of money dialing down to the refs and telling them keep this game close because it was getting out of hand at that point.
On one of the last few Celtics possesions, Pierce had a clear lane to the basket, but Artest closed and hacked him. No call was made!
There was a ton more but thats off the top of my pissed off head.

ANother one I remembered. I think it was Kobe but not sure. WHoever it was was bringing it up the court, and at half court charged Pierce, but of course Lakers get all the calls!

That 4th quarter was eerily similar to the 4th quarter in the 02 western conference finals game 6. I'd like to compare free throws in each of those quarters.

Also, the Artest 3 point play at the beginning of the 4th quarter. If thats a foul, I dont want to watch the nba. What a terrible call.
