Beckett Grading question.

If Beckett grading does not meet there deadline. Do you get a re-fund? Or do you have to ask them for one

If they miss the "deadline" its pretty much sorry charlie we will get you next time.

You can call CS and complain and they will give you a free grading voucher to use on a future order with the same service level and amount of cards as your late order. At least that's what I've been told by someone that had this happen to him. No refunds.

I think they only "guarantee" the 2 and MAYBE 5 day service. I believe the 10 and 20 days are more of an estimate.

All the service levels are "guaranteed" except 45 day according to their website.
