I haven't purchased any cards but am tracking a few players. Some already mentioned, but I have a couple more:

Darren McFadden
Brady Quinn
Anthony Gonzalez
Pierre Thomas

Thoughts? Perhaps some of these players are already at a peak? I'm new to investing

Sorry to bump this, just wondering if anyone had any comments about the above players?

I like McFadden, hoping for a big year from him this year. Im not sold on Quinn on though.

I really like all four of those guys. Quinn is a student of the game and his work ethic reminds me of Peyton Manning, if he can stay healthy I think he will be amazing, was really hoping it wouldn't be in Cleveland though. I am actually starting a small mcFadden PC cause I just love the way the guy runs. Gonzo will flourish opposite Wayne now that Harrison is gone. Thomas is the perfect compliment to Bush and I agree Bush will never be an every down back.

We love Pierre Thomas in New Orleans. I am a little biased being a Saints' fan but Reggie will never be an every down back. He cannot stay healthy and has a fumbling problem. Pierre will get probably 60% of the carries this year, Mike Bell and Reggie the other 40% more than likely.

They will have more rushing yards than last year too.

Thanks! I haven't actually purchased any of these players but am tracking to see if I was correct :). Hopefully it will be useful for next year.

Matt Schaub stuff is dirt cheap. A healthy Schaub could put up some very nasty numbers.

Jason Campbell is looking good tonight vs the Patriots..... this just might be his breakout season.

Takes a lot of guts to invest any type of money in Campbell in my opinion........

I will tell you who is NOT a good investment: Percy Harvin. I have been checking out his stuff and I can't imagine if he catches 200 passes and is the MVP of the pro bowl and super bowl if his stuff can reach any higher. Outrageous. I think he has like 4 yards in the preseason lol.

Even though his stuff is already pretty pricey, I think Felix Jones is going to have a monster year, and send prices thru the roof.

Rashard Mendenhall and Chansi Stuckey will both surprise and their cards will take off.

Im looking for (praying for) Larry Johnsons cards to go up in value. Can they fall any lower? The guy was one of the best running backs in the league a few years ago. I cant sell a Finest gold ref/auto #'ed to /50 BGS 9 for $100 when the card sold for $700+ 3 seasons ago. He should also have a decent QB under center in Cassel.
