Hi,

I had a redemption triple threads triple auto/relic go missing in the mail. I received the envelope inside a usps plastic baggy that says that they apologize, blah, blah. I have e-mailed topps twice now about this issue over a 2 week time span, and I haven't received a response.

Anyone know if they ignore e-mails, or if calling would be better? Thanks ahead of time.

I would give them a call. I had to call them about not receiving a redemption and the lady said it was mailed out (rudely btw) but after stating my case I got another replacement in the mail 3 days later via certified mail.

Hopefully it works out for you.

Make sure you are calling the consumer relations department and not the customer service number, you will
get better results with the former and not the later.

Good Luck
