Again, he paid the price on the form. It isn't like the prices were changed on him. The submission form says insurance is $7 per $1000 of declared value. If you don't like that cost, then don't send the cards.

That's a separate discussion. Apparently the prices on the form are not all completely accurate (costs for regrading cards that were graded from other companies are not mentioned and used to be the same price but now have an additional $3 fee that is not mentioned amongst other issues...)

As for the $7 per $1000, I still think that it's not unreasonable to expect the money I pay for shipping insurance to go to shipping insurance but as you say, we'll agree to disagree on this one.

I consider that extra charge to be unreasonable and complete bs. However, I believe you and I both agree it was worth the cost to grade your cards. Just like unreasonable ebay and paypal fees - we still sell on ebay and pay the fees because sometimes it is the best option. Honestly, I don't see much we can do about it.

How big was the order and at what time period did you originally chose for the return shipping ( i.e. 20 cards at 2 day air, etc, etc),,,,,,,

I'll reply further when you answer,,,,,

Jeff
10 day order. Return shipping was "FedEx" though FedEx does not ship have insurance over $3000 so any FedEx orders over $3000 are shipped USPS Registered.
