Hey everyone, i am due to receive my first ever mailday of BGS graded cards tommorow, and was wondering, if a graded card comes back, and the case is cracked, what happens from there. I remeber seeing people have cracked cases etc and was just wondering. any help would be appreciated.thanks alot

Pretty sure you can pay a fee to have it reslabbed

I've contacted Beckett a couple times with cracked slabs. Send them an email and explain that it came back cracked and you're not happy to have to repay for shipping/insurance. They have always re-slabbed mine for free and sent me a $10-$20 certificate towards future grading.
