Hmmm I just noticed that there is just regular 2008 Bowman Chrome cases as well. Is there a difference, or is the Bowman Draft Picks and Prospects where it's at?

2008 Bowman with Chrome is better than 2008 Bowman Chrome.

2008 Bowman Chrome is for the most part, weak. However, 2008 Bowman with Chrome has Heyward, Price, Moustakas, etc. But they also have "RC" autographs, and scout autographs.

No, dont buy 08 chrome. If your case hit is a magglio ordonez gold or orange ref, you are going to be pissed. Chrome Draft is the way to go.
