Scumbag was scratched from his start tonight due to a swollen eye. First informed the team that it happened playing catch with his son. Has now admitted that was a lie and instead 'slipped out of his truck'.

Riiiight. And what's with guys covering up injuries with trucks?

Not sure why this eye injury makes him a "scumbag."

People view guys like Kirby Puckett through rose colored glasses because he died, but he was a legendary abuser. More legendary than Myers...a former boxer.

And I feel the same way about Puckett. Just cause you're short, fat, and dead doesn't get you a free pass.
