I thought these were going to be in the product or was I misinformed? Are these buybacks? Chrome USA Autos? I cannot seem to find them on Ebay.

In BC there are (supposed to be) USA buyback autos. in BDP there will be Harper AFLAC autos

It's a safe bet redemption cards didn't make the pack out. It's likely to be involved in a wrapper redemption, but nothing confirmed yet.

Seems to me that any wrapper redemption program should have been announced BEFORE the product went live. If they announce it going forward, then all the people who threw away their wrappers thinking there was not going to be a redemption program will be unhappy to say the least.

Topps clearly stated that the USA Buybacks will be in BC. If one hasn't shown up yet, they didn't make the pack out. If it's not a wrapper redemption, then how else will Topps include them in the product?

You are right, it is speculation-but it's obvious to me that these buybacks aren't in the product. So, the only way Topps keeps their word is through a wrapper redemption. But, we shall see.

They're all things that happen without notice also, nothing you can do till then.

If Topps doesn't include Buybacks in BC, that is beyond misleading. This is bigger than "checklist subject to change". The purpose of releasing the Bryce info was to increase sales, therefore needs to be a part of the product.
