I just can't understand the the hate towards Harper. Everything he does, and his family, should be commended. He is setting himself up for success and drastically reducing the risk of failure or other issues.

My 16 year old nephew was over the other day. He complains about nothing to do etc. I told him, get your GED, go to college and be ahead of your peers by 2 years.

So yes, finding a 16 year old that isn't bored just isn't going to happen.

Why it's alot smarter than just letting him hang out with 18-21 year old guys who he doesn't know and won't mentor him. I think it's smart of them to do that because he can't go off and become Josh Hamilton before he even gets drafted.
