that's what happens when they watch youtube breaks all day and try to be like the adults that do them. the discovery of youtube, ebay, and forums have destroyed the "hobby" as a hobby for kids (not saying right or wrong, just saying in general).A_Pharis said:I love how kids that young are into nothing but the value already. Shame. And that language at his age.
There goes your future voter.

on the flipside, though, i doubt you were dealing with several thousand dollar cards either. its a little different now than it was then from mass production, ebay, etc. as well.uniquebaseballcards said:tikitomoka said:that whole video just kind of pisses me off. kids in the hobby are great and all, but i can pretty much guarantee the only reason he wanted that box was for anything harper related. and the way he handles all of them is just sad.
To be fair, I didn't always treat my cards with the greatest care when I was a kid either. I spread them over the grass, on top of dirt, on the kitchen floor, wrapped them up in rubber bands, etc. etc LOL. I think the difference is that this kid probably doesn't appreciate cards... he probably learned not to appreciate cards from an adult.

I'm sure a kid like this before youtube pulled the Longoria super and stuffed it away with his magic and pokemon cards, and the card is stuck in his shoebox in some abandoned storge unit cause his parents split and we'll see it unearthed in storage wars one of these days.
