Someone please explain to me why this kid can afford a box of Bowman and I can't even afford a box of Series 2 Topps. I call shenanigans. ::facepalm::

As other have said...I have no problem with a kid pulling that card. I don't even mind the mishandling and whatnot...BUT...

Youth should not be allowed to post videos on YouTube. I'm not talking legally, but it's like buying your kid a cell phone. I just think there's a time and place for things, and with the way youth are today, Youtube can be a dangerous place as with having a cell phone at a young age.

Very difficult to watch that video. Nothing personal to the kid, but it's just hard to watch and listen to the commentary. Like nails on a chalkboard.

Also, as a parents, what do you do now? The kid is going to have anywhere between $4000-$6000 for that card. That's a lot of money for some teenager or potentially younger. Better make sure you stash that money into a savings account.

It's called mommy and daddy. He even said it was "part of his christmas gift" even though that's like 6 months away ::facepalm::

How is it shenanigans? Do you think he made it up? Manufactured the card?

I'm not calling shenanigans on said Harper pull, I have no problem with it being pulled by this kid. I'm calling shenanigans on the kid being allowed to purchase said box. 100+ bucks? For a box of Bowman? At that age? What the crap?!?!

If you see that thing pop up on ebay, you better know already that this kid made it an 8.5 at best with his crack dealer fingernails and spreading ebola all over the front of the card. Plus, the auto may grade out a nine because it will be incredibly faded after he rubs his potato chip fingers all over it a few hundred times before he sends it out in the PWE. Word to the wise, if you don't yet have the hand strength to open a pack of cards without bending the pack like a bow then you should probably invest in some scissors.

Honestly, this card will still sell well. For his sake, he better not link his video to his listing. But I bet it ends in the $4k-$5k range. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets close to $6k.

Hilarious, but I take it his family is in the medical field and he is a spoiled kid. MASONEX.

I love it.

He's a kid people, a kid. I'm glad some kid pulled it and was super excited about it. Better than watching one of those guys that bust 40 cases and pass over high end cards like nothing. Y'all are too uptight about your cards, you forget what the hobby is really about.

Here's to hoping this kid's friend is hanging onto the Evan Longoria Superfractor.
