He pitched very little last year : Safe depending on the round you get him.

It all depends on the offer you would get for him. This will be his make or break year, in my opinion, as to whether he makes a step forward to stardom or becomes another injury-prone run of the mill pitcher. I am banking on the former rather than the latter, and thus have him as a keeper in my dynasty league.
