Well, I will say this. Cruz got away with a swing when it should have been an out, and the play at 2nd later in the inning was an out.James52411 said:hail2thevictors said:James52411 said:hail2thevictors said:James52411 said:You're crazy.
Cool man, cool. I put my opinion out there. What did you do? Sit in your chair and wait until it looks like the Rangers will win? Congrats man, that's awesome.
In unrelated news, there should be 3 outs right now. The last thing this team needs is 4 outs. 7-2 is manageable IMO, 9-2, well not so much.
Still, I haven't followed every pitch of this year to throw the towel in right now.
You had to know this would happen.
Seriously dude, read my posts. I have said numerous times IN THIS THREAD that Scherzer has been inconsistent all year. But, he has had 2 great starts this postseason. It was up to him-if he had a good start, I love our chances. But, a potential dud of a start was completely possible. I said as much. It's simple-Max didn't do what he needed to.
I expected a win tonight, especially after giving Max a 2-0 lead. He just couldn't command the zone, gave up 9 hits/bb in under 3 innings. That is a disaster.
I think we can agree that this is a disaster.![]()
Take those 2 calls, and it would be 4-2 if I did the math right. Inexcusable to be blowing calls at this point in the season. You can call it whining, I don't care-but that is inexcusable.
