So why not offer it to the second highest bidder?
As for having someone hack is account. Look I don't know the bidder and anything is possible. Hopefully he did not really pull a dick move like this.

The negative press for eBay is the best part of the story.
eBay needs to start holding buyers more accountable, not less accountable.
