I remember seeing people talk about it but I missed out on the consensus. Is there a way to see completed sales on ebay on BIN/BO now they have changed things up again?

Use ebay.ca, enter the item number.

Like Mudflap just said, while you are looking on your plain old American version, when you get to the page where the Buy It Now is crossed off, but DOESN'T show the Best Offer Price, just go to the URL at the top, delete the "com" and type in "ca" and hit enter and the Canadian version shows up that shows the new price.
