Had a Starlin Castro auto/ 25. Think it could have gotten a bgs 9.5 if I would have gotten it graded.

I sold a 2003 Topps Chrome Traded Uncirculated Xfractor Cano #/25 when he debuted in NY. Needless to say that card is in a private collection somewhere right now and whoever purchased it from me could have conceivably made a $500-$1000 flip on it if they held it long enough.

in the early 90s my father collected. he turned up a binder full of 48 bowman baseball.

he was also a big nolan ryan fan and a stickler for condition. his 68 topps ryan was pristine (at least as i remember it). he also had an immaculate 86-87 fleer jordan.

the binder, ryans and jordan all went in the same lump trade in which he got $4,000 leather couches and the down payment on the car.

the car is long gone. the couches are long trashed.

dammit.

I don't regret selling anything as I generally make money on anything I flip. Could I have made more, yes but at the time it was better invested into the next flip

Both cards rarely ever pop up and they go for quite a bit when they do.

I thought you were going to list the Jeter Sp 9. I hate the Yanks but would love to own that card.
I regretted selling my 01 Ichiro Ultimate until i was able to pick up another. I kinda regret selling my Pujols Spx psa 10 but bought it for 300 and sold for close to 900. I Very much regret selling (non card) my 1918 Tigers team signed ball with Cobb and Jennings. It was very clean and was bought for 2000. I sold it a couple years later to an auction house that came to a nearby town for 3500. Needed the $, but that kind of item isn't available for sale often at all if ever.
