On a somewhat related note... a&m and baylor tied at 7 going to the top of the 10th right now...
He pitched tonight but only 3 and 2/3 and only gave up 2 runs, so I think something may be up.

from what i see... it looks as though he has "arm tightness"... whatever that means
you watchin the game?

no video... just listening.

A&M with bases loaded with 1 out in the top of the 10th[/quote:15z5bc68]
Goin for the sweep right? Gunna be down at Baylor next weekend to see 2 games and look at the school.[/quote:15z5bc68]

That we are... were down 7-4 in the ninth tonight and tied it...

Baylor is a decent school (if you can get it paid for that is), but you might as well check out a little school about and hour and a half south while you are at it... :)[/quote:15z5bc68]
Yeah I doubt I'll go to either, dad doesn't want to pay that much unless I get some scholarships, A&M does have a good accounting school I've heard though.

yea, a&m is more of an engineering/ag school...

You might as well check out sam houston state if you are looking at accounting, just built a brand new business building... and i have heard it is a pretty decent school for accounting. You can't beat the price either ( I pay about 4500 a semester... room board and everything).

I am currently going to sam houston, but commuting from college station (that is why i am talking it up so much)

What a start to the season by Rhode Island! Huge wins over top-25 teams, including a shutout at Miami. Wonder if they'll get some national pub now?

I think Tolleson is hurt, hasn't pitched since that A&M game, hope it's not bad.

Man... Matt Thomson of USD was ranked the 25th best Jr. going into the college season and he got lit up for 10 runs against a weak Santa Clara lineup tonight. Hopefully this is just a fluke outing and doesn't hurt his draft status too bad.

East Carolina sweeps UAB this weekend to take yet another series this season. The Pirates are definitely moving up in the rankings. Arrrggggggh!!!!

My Miami Hurricanes took the 2nd game of the series vs. FSU. Got clobbered in the first game by the Seminoles giving up 7 home runs. Tonight we went down 4-1 and had no hits through 5 innings but came back to win scoring 5 in the 6th ending the game 6-4. All American closer Kyle Bellamy continued his sizzling season pitching 2 1/3 perfect innings. Chris Hernandez moved to the Saturday starting role and got roughed up in the beginning but settled down and tied a career high in K's with 11 picking up his 3rd win of the season
