COMC - someone offering less than 50%?

Just received an offer of $10 for 2 cards that have a total asking price of $80. I thought the default setting for offers has a minimum of 50%? I've never received an offer of less than 50% before. Anybody else have this happen to them? Maybe a temporary glitch?

I only have the free account, so I don't have auto accept or any of the associated settings. As far as I know, you can adjust the offers you accept, so offers under a certain percentage won't even be submitted. Once or twice I've recieved an obnoxious lowball offer, but the offers I get are generally 50% off.

i am a COMC buyer and i was not aware of being able to offer less then 50%

Usually when you make a low offer you get a message that says the offer must be at least half of the asking price, or if a seller has their threshold at 20%, it will say that the seller is not accepting offers under 20%. Never heard of a lower offer like that.

I offered 25% of someone's asking price when their price was 3x hi BV. It wouldnt let me proceed and said it had to be at least 50% of the buyers asking price.
