I am trying to do the 2010 Topps Set, signed, and finding some of the addresses are a little complicated to find. For those of you who follow Double S on youtube (AKA That Autograph Dude) know that he contacts certain personalities (mainly non-sport) through their MySpace pages and gets some nice stuff back.

Is it worth a shot, or should I just stick to TTM and the rare IP autograph?

Not as easy as it sounds. I can't find Cal-State Fullerton's Athletic Department Addy anywhere.

Some of these guys won't have a public address at a maximum of 6 years, and that's if they make it into the pros.

I will give it a shot. Just have to figure out who I should send too.

Just be polite and you won't be crossing any lines, plus it costs you nothing but a moment of your time. I'm sure they get a few autograph requests that way. Good luck with whomever you pursue!

Thanks! I will give it a shot this week.

It will probably be like this...

Subject: Question

Hey _____, I am a big fan! I am trying to collect the 2010 Topps USA set signed, and I was wondering if you could sign my card for me.

Thanks,

Taylor

Obviously I will switch it up with every player, but that would be a rough draft of what I would use.
