I've got the same card, 1992 U.S. Playing Cards All-Stars (also the regular 1991 and 1995 that were listed above). You are correct, it's not listed by Beckett for some reason. I'm pretty sure they're not rare or anything, I got all my U.S. Playing Cards sets at the 98 Cent Store in the mid-90's.

From looking at the big Beckett Almanac and COMC, it looks like Beckett miscatalogues the 1992 Aces set as the All-Stars set, and does not list the real All-Star set. Probably something other player collectors from that era should know. Here's a set on ebay. They seem to be quite a bit rarer than the 1992 Aces.

Whats the difference between the Certified Red and the Certified Mirror Red?

Cert red is "flat red" and "mirror red" is shiny. Plus each have specific text about the insert type.
