I disagree. The Bears have been a marginal offense away from big seasons for a long time.

Kyle "flippin" Orton got them to a Super Bowl...I think Cutler is a huge upgrade.

The Bears truly have had the single greatest drought at quarterback for decades.

Grossman took them to the Super Bowl in 06

Orton took them to the playoffs as a rookie in 05, but they replaced him with a healthy Grossman who got killed by Carolina

Unfortunately for the Pats, they weren't able to get a bidding war started for Cassel. The Bears had to go strong to outbid 'lil Danny Snyder in Washington. I could probably sell my opening night Bears vs. Packers tix for big $$ right now. Unfortunately, I'm not too keen on the idea of letting two chuckleheaded Bear fans into Lambeau no matter what the profit.

And how does Chicago have no talent? Keep a special eye on Devin Hester now that Mr. Cutler is in town.

Also, I cannot believe the Redskins dropped the ball on this. There is the arguement that a fix at QB wasn't needed, but honestly Skins fans. Don't lie to yourself. You were excited as hell at the potential of getting Cutler.

No doubt. :lol: All I'm saying is it's unfair to assess that someone like Hester with that kind of speed and playmaking ability could never be a WR, ESPECIALLY with Cutler now at the helm.

Ok...Grossman sucks.....but Orton....he could have been good.....he got the Bears to the playoffs in 05......Grossman gets healthy for the 1st round of the playoffs and loses the game......Grossman sucks....Orton is going to go off if they give him the starting job....remember who you heard say it first
