In defense of the site, even though the TOS were created after some members had originally signed up, the TOS is clearly posted at the top of the forums visible for all to read. If you use these forums, it is assumed that you have read the TOS and agree to abide by the terms of said TOS. If not, as I stated earlier, choose not to use the forums. I still do not understand how people hear a "tone" to that question I posed regarding their disagreement with the TOS. After re-reading my question, I think I just asked why they have a problem with is now as opposed to before.

I do not require anyone to "spell things out for me", but I do think hearing their reasoning would be appropriate after they clearly presented their stance on the situation.

Like you stated, she also did not put in the rest of the url, not knowing she should.

You really don't know the answer to that? 95% of the members did not/will not read the TOS. Plain and simple. Why does it matter to you why I (or anyone else) has a problem with it? I could have sworn I presented my "stance" to Chris...not you. I could have sent it via "PM", but seeing as they aren't private why bother.
