I was checking a tracking number for a card I purchased on eBay and it noted the following:
"Your item was delivered at 4:44 PM on February 8, 2010 in DENVER, CO 80239. "
However, it wasn't in my inbox. Is there a chance it was placed in the wrong box? Do I have a chance at getting my money back, since it was delivered to the correct zip code, but the wrong address? I know eBay/PayPal is known for some crazy shat with fraudulent buyers: Would that assist me; one who has truly not received the item?
I understand this is in no way, the buyer's fault. Regardless of what I can manage, I will not be leaving any sort of non-positive feedback (e.g., neutral nor negative).
