Ever get in a collecting rut that lasts for months ? That's what I'm currently in. Stop reading now if you don't care.
I still enjoy picking up JJ stuff, but so many problems with the '12 TTT stuff is leading me away from him. I easily become jaded with idiot sellers wanting Naomi and any other future Archer's for a $35 card. Then folks using the lines of "Oh, I misplaced them (two White Whale JJ's) in the console of my car", thus a month and a half delay.
I've tried a few new collections (Torii Hunter, Cecil Shorts & Bilal Powell) and enjoy picking their stuff up, but it just doesn't make me super happy. I like looking at new stuff, but, right now, I just feel "collecting wise" empty, unsatisfied and just plain depressed. With all kinds of other folks now saying they wanna pick up JJ, that doesn't help. I just feel like dumping everything into a 50 gallon drum, dousing it with light fluid, striking the match and walking away.
This is the main reason I haven't posted a ton either. Trying to trade / sell off any non PC stuff and then we'll see how I'm doing mentally then.
