Does anyone remember who had that Rollins WBC Logoman 1/1?

It is currently up on ebay, but i recall seeing it on here somewhere. If anyone knows, that would be greatly appreciated! Trying to see if the guy who had/has it on here is the same guy on ebay. Not sure if the FCB member moved it a while ago or not!
