...have any value?

I just read about this card in an Upper Deck blog post. I wanted to pick one up for the oddity of the card, but on ebay, all the BINS are ridiculously high because they are putting "RC" in the description and using that to set high bins.

Are these worth more than a couple bucks, or are they actually worth 5-10?

I just don't want to over-spend on a common from the '90s.

Ahh. The research I did said it was Pierre, I must have missed something.

I will have to check out sportlots. Never used them before

It was a $0.10 cent card, but after the publicity it has a certain amount of value - if you want one. It happens to some common cards every so often. If you have no interest in a card that has a 5-year old Patrick Kane on it - then you wonder why people pay $4 for it.
