Made a deal for $25 for a Victorino Jersey Auto. Didn't have a paypal account so I sent a check. Cashed the check and kept making excuses for why the card wasn't shipped and now won't reply to PM's. Deadbeat loser, stealing $25. Big man.

For future reference, get a USPS money order, then if they cash it and don't send you the card, they are committing mail fraud and then file claim with the USPS, and they should take care of it..
