I think that pretty much sent it out to about 200k of people. So take a snap shot of how many cards are list today and how many get listed in the next few days. I would say there will be about 500k added to the mess atleast.

Not a bad idea from eBay on the business end. give people an avenue to list stuff for free, even very low end stuff, and watch the fees you pay to them go up if sales for those low ends are even sold. And this just before the new rates go into effect.

Im sure most people are on a selling limit. I can only sell 900 items a month.
