I often don't ship items under $10 with a DC. After a week he noted that he didn't get his item. I asked him to give it through the weekend. It hadn't came by then so I refunded his money no questions asked. He emailed me later and said "seller's remorse?" I told him absolutely not and offered to show him the PO receipt from several items that I'd sold. He left a negative feedback and dinged my DSR's anyways. Block this a-hole if you sell low and mid-tier stuff.

The .19 cents it would have cost you for DC through ebay shipping is worth it.

The guy scratched too hard and ruined the card. He apologized, refunded money. What more do you want? He screwed up; he's trying to make it right. People make mistakes.

I accepted his best offer on a card. He then proceeds to tell me that that offer included shipping ($25) and I told him thats not how ebay works. He tried to undermine me but I just canceled the item so I could relist. Do not deal with him, he doesnt know shat about how ebay works.

You can't cancel unilaterally. He still has the right to buy it.

I guess you have to leave that feedback right before you close the case? I've been unable to leave any feedback after i close a case

But yet... he couldn't respond to me in 30 days, or after a case was opened. I'm sure he gave the same line to the other 13 people that gave negative comments to him.

This piece of trash won over 50 items from me and didn't pay, royally screwed me over. She continued to say she was having paypal problems, I offered to take a check or money order, but no payment ever came. I gave her 5 weeks, nada

Claimed he never got item then listed it to sell 3 weeks later.

He issued case 5 days after I shipped the item and got a refund from PP because I shipped without tracking ( )
The listing said shipping would take 6-10 days.

He then listed the same card to sell. E-bay agreed with me that it was the same card so I got some satisfaction at least since the listing, along with his other listings, was closed.

My item was 170668709879 and his item was 220822889201. You decide.
