Bid up and won a bunch of the Andrew Luck Leaf Prismatic cards, then decided he couldn't/didn't want to pay for them.
His feedback is also private. Imagine that.

Don't let the feedback fool you...he's a real "member" if you know what I mean.

1) Sent multiple offers on an item and we agreed on a price. Immediately e-mailed me and wanted photos of all corners and refused to pay until I sent pics.
2) I filed NPB after 7 days he paid immediately saying if the card is 100% to his satisfaction he'd return it.
3) Tried to open Item Not Received just ONE day after I shipped and eBay wouldn't allow.
4) Opened Item Not As Described the second he received the card.
I would have contacted Ebay the second you got that message referred to on line 2 and not sent the card.

eBay already sided with me on the case. Thanks for your help and giant signature.

This is the guy who has a blonde girl holding up the card for sale in all of his pics. I just won a card from him and after I got it, I looked in the bid history. There was a bidder in the bid history that has 100% bid activity with him. Over the last 30 days, this bidder has bid on 32 items, for a total of 62 bids, and every single bid was on kfuschich78's items. So basically, he has a 2nd BS account and he bids his own items up to make more $.

For everyone out there, check the bid history on some of these items you are trying to win. You can't see much more about the bidder than their bidding activity (so you can't contact them or anything), but if you click on their ID, you can see what % of their bids are with that specific seller over the last 30 day period. Someone with only 1 feedback who has placed a total of 2 bids on 1 item is obviously going to have 100% bid activity with that seller. But someone who has bid on 40 or 50 items over the last 30 days SHOULD be spending some time with other seller's items, right?! If they have 95 or 100% bid history with that seller, then you know the seller is jacking up the prices of their own stuff. Not what I call a fair auction.

Hit a BIN on 12/26, told me he would pay a few days later. Opened a case on 1/3 against him, he pays next day. I mailed card out with DC# - to be fair, the DC# doesn't show updating after leaving St Paul, MN (where I live), so he opens a case against me, saying he has attempted to contact me, and I won't respond to his messages. I go look at his 38 feedback, and two of the positives are saying that he didn't pay for those sellers' items.

He buys primarily Eagles and Phillies stuff. Don't bother with this ********.

An update: eBay sided with me, and closed his case. My DC# showed it was delivered, although he was still claiming he never received it. Spoke to another seller who had problems with him, and he went through the same thing. I escalated his case to eBay myself, after telling him that I would refund his money if eBay decided I should. eBay agreed with me, and now I have received four angry messages in span of 20 minutes. He claims he's getting the authorities involved. He's more than welcome to.

This sack of crap has another account now: sdg224. I hope he drives under a semi

Your typical non paying new member. Only bid on one item and it was mine.

Just received a 2007 SP Rookie Edition Autographs #215 Daisuke Matsuzaka. It's a fake. I asked the seller during auction to send me a pic of the back of the card so I could see if it said "Congratulations! You have received a card that includes a personal autograph from Daisuke Matsuzaka" (as it WOULD say if it was authentic), but he never replied.

The auto LOOKS authentic, and it's on an Authentic Upper Deck auto sticker, but now I can tell that this sticker has been peeled off of another card and attached to this one. I'm guessing he had another Matsuzaka auto card that was in bad shape and stuck it on here hoping to get a lot more. Or possibly he knows how to "erase" autos from these stickers and he took a worthless auto and turned it into a Matsuzaka.

Anyway, here's the link if anyone wants to see:

Re: Ebay Bidders to Block/Sellers to Avoid

ronsmma - I had an incorrect picture in my item, I didn't realize until it was too late to change it. The guy who was the leading bidder realized it prior to bidding and asked me about it, so I put a revision into the description in giant bold letters saying the picture was wrong. When the card sold, I had dozens of auctions ending and didn't realize the guy who won wasn't the guy I had messaged about it. When ronsmma received the card he was rude and started immediately accusing me of deliberately posting a fake picture, I explained the situation, explained the revision was done prior to his bid, but if he missed it I would refund the entire price + return shipping as I was at fault. He started insulting me and told me he wouldnt send it back because he didn't want to waste his time going to the post office. Then he came back and said ok refund the money and the return shipping and he'll send it back after, which I wasn't going to do as I didn't believe he'd send it back since he just told me he wouldn't. So he hit me with my first neg and threatened if I didn't refund him he would talk to all of my customers, who he claimed were his friends, and get them to never purchase from me again.

SHILL BIDDER

kristenmd2504
Shilled on an auction with an ID that has 16 bids, all are with this seller, and all have been retracted. The auction I am specifically refering to is # 260956537617 - I called them out on it and suddenly the auction ended. I reported it (not like anything happens anyway). Funny though, the seller claims that they dont know what Shill bidding means - you know now dumb ass.
