For those of you that had issues with bigeasy033 who then became sportscollectors034 I wanted to let you know that he is now back under the new name mysterycollectibles.

This guy hit some buy it nows from myself and a few other boardmembers and then got NARU'd. He then came back under a new ID and did the same thing and got NARU'd. He is now the winner of 90 auctions in the past 3 weeks and has 3 feedback and my guess is the NARU is coming soon.

I rarely complain about bidders but this is the biggest ******** bidder I've dealt with in 15 years of eBay selling experience.

Guy won my Heyward 2010 BDP Blue Refractor BGS 10 for $305 over two weeks ago and never paid. Auction stated 10 days to pay and on that day I offered a free out by seller cancel transaction request. He has yet to even respond to that request. I suspect (key word is suspect, not guilty verdict) this bidder was also playing shenanigans with my auction. The bidder owns the only other BGS 10 copy of the card and is attempting to sell it at a very high BIN. A zero feedback bidder enters my auction and bids the thing up to around $900 when a more realistic value might be in the $150 range. I believe this was a fake account by the bidder in an effort to make his price look more reasonable for a potential buyer. His BIN was not hit and the zero feedback bid gets retracted. In the process, many people watching the auction stopped doing so, no other bids were placed, and I'm left looking like a shiller. My eBay fees are locked up until the guy responds to my cancel request or waits it out a full week. I opted to relist the item under the assumption I'm not getting paid. Will see how the second auction attempt works out this evening.

I would like to see this auction. The sparkle mentioned for the sparkle variation is not the standard Rays sunburst.

Yeah, he jumped the gun on you, but it's true that it's not the sparkle variation.

That's the sparkle SP. I wouldn't have left you a negative, but I would have requested a full refund without sending the card back. That's a $0.01 common.

Edit: Not sure how to take your "MOST PEOPLE CONSIDER IT THE SPARKLE" comment, because I can guarantee you anyone familiar with the sparkle variants knows that's not the sparkle variant. I can only imagine the messages you sent this guy if that's your point of view.

thats my point...i thought was a sparkle....never ??? what the card was.....i refunded his money within 3 minutes//// ??? his way of handling the problem...the web site i used had it as a sparkle...also 4 cards on ebay right now have my card as a sparkle..

Yeah. Like I said, the guy jumped the gun. Look at it from his perspective, though. He was probably pretty enraged to find out he spent $8 on a base Crawford. Also, if you look at the pic I posted, the sparkle is in the exact spot as designated by the site you reference. The difference is that the SP has a small diamond printed on the card with long stark white rays emanating out from it. If you can look up the player's uniform picture on a sports site, and it looks just as it does on the card - then it's probably not an SP.

ashowen84ashley- canadian buyer. I guess she's charging back on a bunch of sellers, a few emailed me and asked, and sure enough had a chargeback. Sent with registered mail hoping not to get burned.

Hmmmm, I sold to them about a month ago and they received and left feedback. Not sure what might have happened, I guess you never know.

If thats true just contact ebay and they will remove any feedback thats left after a threat. I had one removed cause the guy reminded that he could leave a negative when he wanted more money for shipping. Just send them the message of you being threatening.

Edit - he has just been reported to Ebay for FB violation for claiming i said things on a DIFFERENT site - AND guys anything said was ONLY after the THREAT he made.
Edit again - ok i will put more fact into this. When i sell a card its a friend selling on her account. I don't have my own in my name. Its my roommates. She sold the card to him sent with dc. He say he never gets it files a claim. I figure out it was him i tried to deal in pms he takes it to a thread it gets locked. Makes a threat though Freedom so i reund him w/o letting the case be decided. I post about the threat cause it the thread was locked while i was at work and he SAYS in pm hes leaving a NEG! Well like the immortal word "ITS ON!" (i thought he left the neg but he would always have this looming on me) I dropped down to his level and on Easter he drops a NEG saying one person said something to him - BUT IT WASN'T THE SELLER that did. 2 Different acounts - 2 Different people. I hope they drop his acount for saying lies in FB. And he could realy say nothing because he was just pissed at he because my friend called him a scammer before i figured out it was our own Jeff. Had he moved on AFTER the REFUND none of this would have ever happened - I would not have been nasty to him, My friend would not have a senseless Neg (on an account with 1076 100% pos no negs or neutrals) and we would not be wasting time here. I am sorry for my part but it should have all never happened I just wanted to truth about our member told.

bought a $10 card and contacted me saying that it was damaged. i responded back with "it was shipped in a rigid holder but if damaged, send it back to me and i'll refund". no response after two days and then he comes back and says that it sounds like i don't trust him and he just wants a refund. i'm sick of fighting for $10 so i said to send me a picture or scan of the card and i'll refund the cost of the card minus shipping. waiting for a response back but what a pain in the @ss.
