Wow, I can't believe these stories. I buy and sell 100s of items a month and have little or no problems have no negatives or block anyone....guess I am lucky.

I find it humorous for you to post about having little or no problems on eBay.

A simple search through FCB's database shows quite a handful of problems/situations you have had on eBay.

I definitely wouldn't call you lucky, just someone with a poor memory

tspinn77 - wrote me an hour before my auction ends asking me to cancel his bid because he now thinks the cards are off centered. He then writes me directly after winning to cancel the transaction and begs not to get a strike.

I have delt with tonsofprospects both on and off of ebay and have had no issues.

He had a few BOs and waited 5 days to pay ignoring my invoices....I asked him nicely and professionaly to pay or that I would go through the eBay process and move on with another sale.

He paid promptly, got the cards like 36 hours later and left a neg.

Not how I want to be treated on eBay as a seller. He got the best service possible and I get a neg because he was butt hurt about it? He did it to several other people that same week too.

german23_2008 - filed a claim, won, and never responded to followups if he received the card
jeremy8810 - terrible bid retracter (I am talking over 250 retractions because he bids to see what the current top bidders price is)
jgloria1972 - left neg without any communication
katforsports - hit BIN, never paid
lottocardsss - won a redeemed redemption and sent 6 msgs in 5 minutes accusing me of scamming when he didnt read the auction or title. Thought he was really going to get a Montero BC Auto redemption for $8

nicktymanda - dont remember
pack_guru - dont remember
pamsbro - jerks around through msgs about buying off ebay but never follows up with payment

Basically, if you leave a negative without even giving me a chance to rectify the problem, I block you.

Chances are the ones I listed as dont remember are stories from here that I just cant be bothered dealing with those users.

Don't let the feedback full you. He is a professional scammer who likes to beat the easy to abuse paypal system. If you google his name, you'll find 3 people, including me who he has scammed. His name is Brian Gutierrez and he lives in Flushings, NY or East Helmurst or something. I have his full address if anyone thinks they know this tool. Google images shows he lives in the ghetto, so apparently he likes to rip people off every blue moon when he can't afford to pay the rent. Egg his place or something if you happen to go by there. Bottom line, he sold me an item with a stolen scan for $403 (didn't know the scan was stolen till after the fact). After weeks, I asked for my item, no response. I filed a claim demanding an item number. He happily obliged. My package arrived with my address in the return address section. Inside was a $5 auto instead of the $403 item. I filed a second paypal claim, he never responded to it. I won the second case, but no funds were recovered. As a buyer, he apparently likes to file paypal claims on items that aren't sent with a DC number. If only he weren't 700 miles away...

I guess I got taken by this guy.
I live in Canada and he bought a $35 Marian Gaborik Refractor RC from me.
Obviously I didnt send with trackign as its about $12-$13 and now I know why he never "received" my card!
Hes located in East Elmhurst NY!

So.....since it seems like this block list contains both non-paying scumbags and general ********** who might have very good feedback on eBay.....can we add folks who are just general ********** w/ less than desirable people skills? I have one who makes ridiculous lowball offers and then tries to tell me why my listings suck when I decline them. Furthermore, he's made lowball offers (cards that average at least $10 BIN on eBay.....his offers are like $2.50) on at least 2 HOF'ers (Molitor and Yount) by telling me "they'll never make the Hall in the steroid era". HELLO......THEY'RE ALREADY THERE!!

Looks like he could be a member here, although not a very active one.......on eBay he's spikescards. As I said, he has great feedback. No issues at all w/ his prompt payment......he just seems to be a self-appointed expert grader and likes to leave snarky comments when I send him counteroffers like "good luck getting that price" and telling me I have no business posting certain conditions of cards on listings because HE doesn't find them worthy of that grade. I think most of us have been in this hobby long enough to know "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". Funny thing is quite a few items he's tried to lowball on have sold for my BIN price a few days later, with stellar feedback on price, condition of card, and my free shipping. The feedback he leaves for others should tell the whole story. "Below average card", "OK card", etc. Only buyer I have who's that persnickety.

I haven't blocked him yet, but I'm about to.

Ive had all kinds but never a guy who refused to speak to me, refused to pay on time and then left 2 negs for cards he got in a prompt nature. The guy obviously has a screw loose, and a lot of reputable board members have had issues with him over the past year.

I have no doubts the name change was becasue he was sick of bidding on stuff and getting the red text of death saying he couldn't bid because so many people didn't want to deal with his crap.

All that Karma coming back around.

crap, i didnt realize that if you change your username (which is easy to do..), then that buyer can bid on the seller who originally blocked his 1st username??? that's stupid...ugh!
