If you like honest sellers and on time shipping do not buy from seller robertlong1944. His 2 negatives are both people who got no response after trying to contact him, I got my card 23 days after purchase, in my feedback he called me a moron and claimed I got card in 7 days. Proof is in the purchase details and D/C.

bsp21stce - two weeks after he received the card he files a chargeback stating that it was not an authorized purchase. he bought the card, paid for the card, and signed for the card (luckly i had signature conformation on it), but he did not authorize the purchase? wtf!! his credit card was reimbursed and he still has the card.
the card is a 2010 bowman chrome blue refractor autograph miguel sano # 74/150 sold on ebay on october 6th, 2011 to bradford & ralph porter from greer, south carolina.

Still has a left bottom corner issue. And now I can see a right side issue in your picture. The rainbow effect should not be present like that when the card is flat. It just shows that the edge is bent, that is why the rainbow colors are present. Thanks for showing me.Did you put in your auction that the card has been repaired? You might want to be upfront and honest about that, any HONEST eBayer would.

IMO, you were very pushy with him regarding your demand for a partial refund on a card that doesn't look damaged from the scan you posted. I don't think any respectable seller is going to do that unless there is some blatant, terrible damage that occurred during transit or was somehow missed prior to shipping. If you don't like the condition, send it back, get your refund, and accept that it is what it is. Why go to such great length moaning and groaning over what appears to be nothing serious on a 1/1 card you are apparently prizing for your PC? How much did you pay on that card in the first place?

that is insane. can you explain how he can justify to anyone that it was not an authorized purchase? and why would ebay get him his money back if he still has the card? they are only supposed to refund a buyer once they can prove an item has been returned. please let me know. thanks.

I've had positive dealings on high-end cards with this guy and even spoke on the phone with him. If he didn't know you wanted "instant payment", then that is your fault, not his. Why post this about him and post his mailing address and email address? Makes you look shady, not him. He often wins cards and makes payment on the day he gets paid at his job. You should have just talked to him about it. I wouldn't block him on the basis of what you are saying here, or due to the fact I've dealt with him on expensive cards and had no problem whatsoever.

Agreed. Give people time to pay before coming to judgement and posting their ids here. I just got paid today for a Napoli that ended before the Cardinals turned the WS around. And he's not my only buyer this month who has waited and paid after the card has gone down by close to half.

just got negged 3 times by this foreign buyer. Looking at his history, he only has a feedback score of 230 but he's left at least 30 negs.
I never got any notification from him, no paypal dispute either, just 3 negs. It's been less than 2 weeks since I mailed his package to Spain.

Bought a $5 card from me 4 days ago. All my listings state payment is expected in 4 days, and that if it's not received, an unpaid dispute automatically opens. Guy waits 4+ days, dispute opens, then he pays 12 hours later and sends this msg:

Payment has been made, but I wanted to take a moment to let you know how uncool you are for posting an unpaid item dispute after four days. Especially over a $5 card. Really???? Enjoy your low DSR's!!!"
I replied letting him know that he needed to work on his reading comprehension, and to enjoy being blocked. I would suggest you block him unless you like waiting to be paid and/or getting low DSRs.

I can't say I blame Gretzkyfan, 4 days is a bit early to file. I don't file NPB for 2 weeks (and rarely have to do that). And, unfortunately, in this age of people bidding on their smartphones, there are tons of people that don't read the descriptions, they just see something they want and bid or click buy it now.

Auction ended on 11-13-11. Sent invoice that night. Sent reminder 3 days later. I have eBay's Auto Unpaid Item handler setup to deal with these issues after 16 days. The moment the NPB is filed, the transaction is requested to be cancelled. I oblige. The buyer then turns around and leaves me a negative feedback. This is just as much an indictment of eBay as it is the buyer as they will not budge in removing the negative. But, for a buyer to dodge an unpaid item strike just to leave you a negative feedback is ridiculous. Live and learn, don't get burned!

Had $90 in winning bids on a suddenly hot football rookie then communicated payment would be delayed and I should consider cancelling the transaction. I told the buyer I do not cancel transactions, I complete them. I never did get payment and ended up selling the cards for $30 less.

Just last night, I was leaving feedback on the iPhone app. While doing so, I accidentally missed a star, thus leaving the seller with 0 on shipping time. I've contacted the seller to let th know it was an accident. Just throwing this out there, maybe the same type of thing.
