Re: Ebay Bidders to Block/Sellers to Avoid

This is definately one to avoid...ebay ID lorenplumer1

Hit a BIN for $55, sent a warbled message afterwards asking about "mintness" of card. Sent me a scathing email upon receit that I'm a fraud and that this $55 card isn't worth $5, although copies frequently sell in the $45+ range. Sent this message on Good Friday around 10 p.m. Saturday morning he opened a case with eBay for item not as described. In his description (broken English) noted I said the item was "highly collectible" but what I sent was misleading (?)Didn't make sense, but after escalation (same day) eBay sided in his favor.

Looking at his feedback, he normally buys low end stuff. This isn't a guy you want hitting your BIN's though, you'll waste time and money on returns.

Block this guy like no tomorrow.

Buys cards with private feedback (which is fine), but then asks for a week or two to pay.

Once he is given this week or two he then states his grandson got on the computer and he does not want your cards. He then claims your modern cards are nothing like his 50 Vintage Mickey Mantle Rookies he owns and opens up an item not received before even paying for the item.

The guy is mental stay away and block.

This buyer sends me a message asking if I could wait ~a week for payment on a BIN item. I agree, I wait eight days and send him a message asking when I should expect to receive payment but get no answer. I send another message a couple days later and still no answer. I finally have to file and complete NPB action.

Also, since he purchased that card from me and didn't pay, he has purchased and paid for other cards.

jowest2012 is another I would block. This individual hit a BIN for a $575 card and didn't pay. I know of someone else's card he also hit the BIN on and didn't pay recently so I'm thinking that are probably more that he's done this with.

This guy is on the list somewhere, but I'll repost anyways.

Nothing chaps me more then lowball offers.
From his feedback, he buys plenty of high end stuff.

So when a card sells $650-$800 RAW, & $1100 BGS 9.5, why in the hell would you send a BO of $320 for my BGS 9?

Block him. Don't need the headache shipping to Taiwan anyways.

is high bidder on an auction with paypal only as payment. Marks item paid but does not complete check out with PP. Asks 2 days later if item is shipped. I tell him that I'm still not showing his payment as complete and ask if he paid by echeck. A week later still shows as not completed through checkout, follow up message is unanswered as is the first. Opened unpaid item case over a week ago, still nothing.

Over 3 weeks now still no payment, made 2nd chance offer to other bidder, but since this tool marked it paid on his end, it only allows me to leave positive FB...Clever on his part, he has a positive FB from another seller with a non-paying bidder comment for the item.

I filed a NPB against beantown 116 last week. And this guy is a "highest rated seller"? LOL

He has been selling quite a few items, but can't pay for items he purchases? He won a Tribute Adrian Gonzalez auto. No communication, nothing. Block him for sure.
