I didn't see anything posted about the fixed price listings from the 26th to the 28th. I read the info but couldn't tell if the details were for 30 days listings and bins were allowed... any info?

I really doubt that would be the case. I assume each time it relists it will charge.

Can you list BIN/BO as well? I assume it covers all fixed price listings but just wanted to double check.

Yes it beats paying 5cents per card listed, it was FREE for me too.
