So after shipping my bumgarner with DC in a bubble mailer and as safe as possible (during his debut, I get this message).

"I Am Totally Disappointed In The Card & Paid You Way More Than Worth. I Like You To Make This Right. Brad "

I did nothing wrong and it seems to be buyers remorse, something I have gone through. I think he should li ve with it and is acting immature. I would unterstand if something happened to the card like falling out of the toploader, but it was in a penny sleeve and taped and in a team bag wrapped in printer paper and in a bubble mailer.

You think something bad might happen to me? I have never had a non smoothe transaction (on ebay).

Seems to me he has a case of buyer's remorse and is looking for a partial refund to make him feel better about it. Personally, I wouldn't give into his crap if there is, indeed, nothing wrong with the card that wasn't stated in the auction.

this is his problem. if it was damaged he would have told you in the initial message. he's got nothing on you, your assumptions seem to be correct, provided you shipped him the card that was in your scan.

Yes as i only had one card. I don't even have enough money to refund, but i'm not going to give in to it.

Can he leav me a negative for overpaying or buyers remorse?!

WTF I pay way more then any of the cards are worth that I buy.
Tell him to go ask the Electric company for a refund, since he pays way to much there, and if he gets a refund from them
then you'll give him one. :D

He can leave a negative feedback, but he's probably bluffing. Happens a few times a year with me. If he does, well then you'll have to work with eBay since you clearly did nothing wrong.

Oh, and do you say no refunds in your auction options?

If he hasn't yet left feedback, he can surely leave you negative feedback. If he does you could try to have it removed by eBay, but I'm not sure how much luck you'd have there. I'd be more worried about him filing an 'item not as described' complaint via Paypal over it (even though there's nothing wrong with the card). eBay/paypal seem to have their lips puckered to the the buyers' arses.

BTW - Don't let this guy push you around and GL! :)

You shipped with DC, the card arrived. Paypal should side with you no matter what.

Remember, negatives on eBay are like single moms. At first they were shocking but anymore, no one cares.

What steps should I do to have paypal side with me?

He says the card was not as described. Even though there was nothing wrong and can provide with several scans.

all you can do rigth now is disconnect any private funds from PP and then fight the dispute. I'd make personal contact with Pay Pal over the phone and describe the situation. That message he sent you is evidence that the basis for his claim is fraudulant at best.

I am currently on hold waiting for an agent.

Also:
"I Observed Rough Edges On 2 Sides Of Item, Centering On Top & Bottom Were Not Consist With Description"

Umm the centering on my card is consistant with the rest of bowman sterling centering. That is just how the centering was and then he lies about the rough edges...he's just bitter.

did you describe the centering or anything about condition? If you just had a scan, then he can eat it.

Hive is correct in his take on this matter. IMO

I would also add not to describe the card's condition in future listings (if you did so in this one). Show several well scanned photos and let the buyer decide.

One man's Mint is another man's excellent.

A seller has very little recourse on Ebay now.

Good luck.
