Ebay issue, kinda funny...not a great seller

I didn't reply to his feedback, I called ebay and they removed the feedback he left.. They said it can take up to 24 hours for it to be removed though. Also told them about our email exchanges and they wanted me to send them to him. I read them while I was on the phone and they said each one was a violation of ebay policy and his feedback left for me was a violation. Each one deserving of a strike so he should get suspended I would think

You can reply to his reply to your feedback. Make sure to do that too.

I have never had an issue like this, so I can't find the reply to his feedback..where is it located. I would like to just incase it stays on his feedback. If you could help that would be great. thanks

Just look under feedback reply in the Help section on the top part of the page. Then look for Reply to feedback left, or something of that nature. Yours will be the last reply to be seen as any one feedback can only have two total replies.

story keeps getting better, he know is telling me he contacted ebay to have my feedback I left him removed. they sent a request and i denied it. then he emails saying they are removing it anyway...would they do that? I sent everything he has sent me and spent about 15 minutes on the phone with them and they had me believing that i had done everything right and action will be taken against him. I hope he is just making things up about talking to ebay. I will be royally pissed if he gets out of this with nothing happening.

Just look under feedback reply in the Help section on the top part of the page. Then look for Reply to feedback left, or something of that nature. Yours will be the last reply to be seen as any one feedback can only have two total replies.
