EDIT: Latest customs - Meusel, Camilli, Appling, Fonseca

I have a bunch of customs in the works, both for myself and for others, but I figured I'd show off one the personal cards I've been working on tonight.

Bob Meusel is the only member of the "Murderers' Row" (typically thought of as the first 6 batters in the 1927 Yankees line-up) not in the HOF. Of note, the Yankees of the 20's featured two consistent corner outfielders...Ruth and Meusel, often swapping left and right depending on the game.

A slugger in his own right, Meusel was in teh top-10 in slugging percentage 7 seasons out of 10 with the 20's Yankees. In 1925, "Long Bob" led the league in home runs and RBI when teammate Babe Ruth only played 95 games.

Starting this week, I'm using some custom die-lines so that I don't have to use a knife to cut anything anymore. Suffice to say, I'm extremely stoked about not having to use a knife and ruler to cut out the windows. Not only does it allow for some more complex windows, it also makes the cut a lot more smooth and easy for me.

You do some amazing stuff! There's a part of me that's wanted to try to pick up some autos on 3x5s or something else, just so I could pay you to make a custom cut card for me. I'm sure you have a ton of work already though, and I have no autos that would work for something like that anyway. Keep it up, I love to see your work.

Thanks again everybody. For the cards that stay in my personal collection, I just like doing cards of a lot of forgotten stars. Guys who were great in their day, yet never made it to the Hall of Fame. Or guys who did something special, or were notable in some other way.

Doing these basically focuses on a love of the game and the hobby, just not the financial side.
