Fantasy baseball question...and recommended league

Hey everyone. I've done a team in this league for the last 12 years. It's a lot of fun, inexpensive and thought some of you may enjoy if you've never heard of it. It's a salary cap league. Below are the salaries. I'm wondering if anyone sees any value guys here. It's easy to select the best player, but tough to put together a roster and find value!

Who do you guys see as being good value at their position for the salary? Scoring is 5x5, 2 at each positions, 2 dh, 6 of, 6 sp, 4 rp.

The salaries are supposed to be in millions not thousands, but it doesn't matter. Based on these numbers, the salary cap is 30,000. It costs money to move from taxi to starter, to buy players when injury or just someone you want. It's only a $40 entry fee but lots of ways to win. I kind of like roto like this because I feel like after a month, people who aren't in it just quit and stop making changes which is good for those in contention.

How about 0 ER from 3 starters yesterday! May sound a little strange cause my team did so well, but I even PMed this to jaypers to see what he thought, but he said he doesn't do fantasy.
