Aaron Rodgers and Ochostinko for Hasselbeck and Fitzgerald.

Opinions?

I'm stacked at WR....Roddy White, Nicks, Mike Williams, AJ Green...picked Damian Williams off of waivers today....but Fitz could good trade bait for RB...I have Hightower and Michael Turner....Bush and Caddy on my bench. What do you think? Hasselbeck is serviceable....that division is terrible for pass defense. What are your thoughts?

I wouldn't have done it.

I like 85's chances of a good year as the season progresses, and although Hasselbeck is under-rated, I just couldn't give up Rodgers' guaranteed production every week. He's Top 3 easily and is consistent every week.

Plus, WRs are much easier to upgrade than QBs...

I don't know...there's tons of options...too early to go diving into 2 for 1 trades for me anyways...I'm sitting at 2-1....if I would have remembered to switch Tampa's D in for NE's last Sunday...I'd be 3-0 right now.

Nah, I'd pass on that too. Hasslebeck and Fitz aren't worth the consistency that Rodgers provides. Not to mention we have yet to see how Hass does without Britt for a whole game. It might be a non-issue, but worth considering.

Bucs D put up huge points last week and Bush is on the bench until Sparano sticks by his word. I lost to a Saints home last week...half of his roster is Saints players...and every Saint except for Sean Payton had a TD last week.

Keep Rodgers.... Fitzgerald while a great receiver, has a ****** qb and Rodgers is a stud... silly if you make the trade in my opinion.

The key with Fantasy Football trades is to always get the best player in the trade(you can only play so many guys at a time so depth is not as important)....anytime you can net the best player you should be pulling the trigger on the deal. That being said, there are not many players I would rank higher then Rodgers(A. Peterson, R. RIce, and possibly A. Johnson(although WR are a dime a dozen compared to QB and WR) this would be a very bad trade IMO...WR are to be traded and pick up the top players off waivers IMO.
