offered a seller $60 for a press pass harvin auto 10/10 and he accepted, payed him and i just asked him if he already had shipped it, and told me he traded it ::facepalm::

Got the card today and that has to be the worst packaging job ever you can't put a foil card with no soft sleeve in between two regular sized toploaders. The corner are all dinged up and the surface is scratched. I am willing to keep the card since it is pc but would like a partial refund. If this can be resolved I will leave a positive feedback if not it will result in a negative

for $3.50 they should have a top load that fits the forking card.

Thats why I spent $100 in top loads for our breaks. I dont wanna do that mess

Anyway, he says ok and I respond saying shoot me the money request and I'll get you paid. He comes back with this:

send the money to "_______" send it under the personal tab as a gift so they dont take out any fees

This just seems kinda shady to me.. "gift" tab? The first thing I thought of was if he didnt send me the card, how would I process a claim on a gift? See what I mean?
